We are a family owned and operated business.  We started in 2003 and have just passed the big 5 year mark.  We take great pride in the products we sell and produce.  While we know you cannot please everyone, our aim is just that.  We love what we do and it shows.  There is always something new and exciting in this industry and it is always good to help someone achieve their goals. 

We are very happy to work side by side with Nolting, the leading longarm, and longest running manufacturer in the business.  Nolting makes a product unsurpassed in excellence.   All Nolting machines are manufactured and serviced in the “good ole U.S.A.   Everyone at Nolting prides themselves in making the best product for you in the industry.  Every machine is personally made just for you as you order it.  It is carefully and meticulously put together.  Handcrafted by some of the finest in the industry, your Nolting machine is manufactured, put together and ran on before it even leaves the factory.  Then it is carefully packaged  and crated to ensure that it arrives to you in perfect condition. 

We as dealers can then put it together for you.  We stay and teach you all you need to know to get started.   We have put together a scenario which we have found to be very successful for you and for us.  Because when you are happy we are happy. 

Our service does not stop here.  We are always there to help.  Most of the time, even on weekends you can get someone to help you right away.  We give you all the phone numbers you need to get in touch with someone who can help you troubleshoot any issue you might be having.  “How can you do that?” you say.  Well it is like this — we don’t have a whole lot of issues.  Out machines are very user friendly.  They are made to last and not break down.  I can honestly tell you that during the four years going on five, that I have been quilting on a Nolting I have never been down a day in the life of my business.
